About the Company

Leigh Thomas & Co Ltd was incorporated in 1935 and has its origins on the Isle of Wight. The company began as a flour milling business, serving the local community and drawing on the Island’s long agricultural tradition.

In the years that followed, the company subsequently developed into agricultural merchanting, supplying the needs of the Island’s farming community. As those activities evolved, the company’s focus shifted towards property and investment management, which form the basis of its present-day operations.

Throughout this evolution, Leigh Thomas & Co Ltd has maintained a continuing relationship with its shareholders and with the Island heritage from which it grew. The company remains an Isle of Wight business, mindful of its history and the community it has served for more than ninety years.
